Weekly Weigh-In #3

Here are today’s results.

Weekly Weigh-In #3: 245.0 lbs.

Gain/loss of: -3 lbs.

Well, I said I would shoot for 245 lbs. and I made it. Good for me!

Current stats with 45 weeks to go. If I lose:

  • 1 pound a week: 45 pounds (200 pounds at goal date–on target)
  • 1.5 pounds a week: 67 pounds (178 pounds at goal date–reasonable)
  • 2 pounds a week: 90 pounds (155 pounds at goal date–I could hide behind a pole, but not likely to happen!)

I’m a bit skeptical about being at 155 pounds in the end but at my current average of 3 pounds per week, I’m on pace to lose 135. That means I’d be 110 pounds. Not gonna happen.

For all intents and purposes, I think I’ll stick with 1.5 pounds per week.
