Reading your most recent post, it looks like you’re coming up with a new nutritional plan. All I can tell you is stick with it! There will be hard times and even harder times but you *will* get used to eating less–and healthier, I might add. Remember that it’s not a diet that produces results; it’s a change of lifestyle that works!
