Father’s Day Preparation

With Father’s Day just a few weeks away, I’ve already told Ann what I intend to do:
“I’m gonna barbecue hamburgers.”
Yep, that’s right. Even with things going swimmingly, I’ve decided that I’ve earned the right to enjoy a day of leave from my weight loss program. Honestly, it’s not going to be any worse than our trip to Las Vegas when all I ate was fast food. This will simply be a barbecue with some hamburgers, a few sides and other goodies.
I’ve got plenty of time to prepare for the day, so I’ll work a bit harder these coming weeks to make sure that I can sit back and enjoy a day of free eatin’ with no regrets
