Yeah, I&#039;d heard about that aim in karate but wasn&#039;t sure. Sounds logical.

As far as a goal goes, mine was easy: 200 lbs. is such a nice, round number but there are differences in opinion when it comes to setting a goal weight. I guess the safest route would be to not exercise yourself into oblivion but to a healthy level.

		<description>You’ve pretty much already lost 1/3 of your previous body weight.  That’s incredible!

I’m not a Karate expert either but with boxing you always aim at least 5 inches beyond your target.  I don’t currently have an exact goal.  Perhaps I should.</description>
